Retainers

Proactive Networx offers on-site network management at a flexible schedule tailored to your company's needs.

We offer 4 different retainer packages:
• 32 Hours/Month Retainer
• 24 Hours/Month Retainer
• 15 Hours/Month Retainer
• 7 Hours/Month Retainer
Each package offers our core services including initial documentation, network management, and security.

For each package, the following details apply:

• Contract terms are based on a minimum of one-year, however, customers may change an elected retainer plan based on their needs.

• The technician can be reached by cell phone during the hours of 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for any support that may be resolved over the phone. The customer may purchase 24-hour support at an additional fee.

• If there is an emergency and the technician exceeds the hours allotted in the contract, the customer will be billed $85.00 per hour.

This retainer is ideal for a medium to large sized networks that have multiple locations or multiple servers that rely on their network for daily business needs. This retainer will help prevent downtime on the network and help the company to minimize unforeseen network problems. Specific services are designed based on your company's unique needs.

This retainer is ideal for companies that have not had a network administrator to maintain their network, or for a company that is in the process of upgraded or changing platforms. Specific services are designed based on your company's unique needs.

This retainer is ideal for companies whose networks have had consistent maintenance and whose network doesn’t need any major upgrading or changing. This retainer is perfect for a single server company. Specific services are designed based on your company's unique needs.

This retainer is ideal for smaller companies or companies who do not have mission critical data on their servers, but could benefit from regular monitoring and maintenance. Specific services are designed based on your company's unique needs.
